Top 5 Holiday gifts for the favorite Mom in your life!

.....and a perfect list for you to print out and give to your husband....

By Elisa Rispoli November 29, 2016

In my house, it’s me who does the Christmas shopping. I have A LOT of people on my list to buy for, and I thank the powers that be every day for the creation of Amazon.com. And, usually, the third week of December rolls around before I even consider that I might like to ask for something for Christmas for myself!

I am all about the local, the relaxation, and the indulgence during Christmas, so I wanted to share my favorite things, and places to buy from when searching for the perfect gift for the MOM on your list.

Note: This list also works as a perfect print out to give out to your procrastinating husband or clueless children. Example: In my sons letter to Santa, he wrote that mommy wanted new oven mitts and a vacuum for Christmas. Ummm, nope. But, he’s 5, so I will cut him some slack.

TOP 5 GIFTS for MOM this holiday:

  1. A gift card to Finding Balance LLC.

A massage is always a safe bet, because, let’s face it, every Mom needs 60 full minutes without a child asking her for a snack, or changing a diaper. And Amy at Finding Balance is amazing at getting even the most harried mom to chill out for a bit.

  1. Clothes from LuLaRoe.

The hottest new mom uniform out there is a pair of patterned leggings and a comfy Irma top. Contact Nikki and she will help you pick out the perfect outfit that both looks adorable, but also feels as comfy as your favorite p.j.’s.

  1. A gift card to Entourage Salon.

Better yet, just make her a hair appointment. Because, most likely, your favorite mom isn’t rocking the newest Balayage hair color...her roots are just awfully grown out. Entourage also gives fantastic manicures and pedicures!

  1. A box of Truffles from Tracy’s Candy Shoppe.

Indulgent Chocolates with delicious, scrumptious centers. Need I say more?

  1. An overnight getaway.

A few personal favorites within a few hours of NJ: Skytop Lodge, The Lodges at Woodloch, The Gideon Putnam. Because a rested mama, is a happier mama.
