Experience Review- Elements Therapeutic Massage

January 10, 2013

A few weeks ago, a new massage spa opened in Chester. I visited Elements Therapeutic Massage with a bit of skepticism. I was a member at another popular massage membership spa and my experience was not always positive. My past experience was not always consistent and felt rushed...and I did not like that I winded up losing one of my massages in my contract because of a mistake that the staff made.

I walked into Elements for my appointment, and was immediately greeted by their friendly front desk staff, and offered some water. Their waiting room is not elaborate or overly relaxing, but very comfortable and not cluttered with products or items, as they do not have any retail items to sell. I was promptly greeted by my massage therapist for the day, Julia and she led me to a comfortable massage room and asked what my ailments were. Pretty standard. After that was where things were exceptional. My massage was fantastic. Now, keep in mind, I can only speak for my wonderful massage therapist, Julia, since I will not go to anyone else! I have received quite a few massages in my day (side note: I used to be a massage therapist myself!) and this was one of the best massage sessions I had had in a long time. Extremely relaxing yet affective on my aching muscles at the same time.

After my 55 minute massage was over (boohoo!), I drank the entire bottle of water that was given to me, and immediately booked my husband for a massage later that week. I also booked another one for myself while I was at it.

As most of you know, regular massage therapy has many health benefits such as boosting your immune system and raising mood-elevating brain chemicals. And seriously, you deserve 55 minutes to yourself every once in a while. No whining, no "I'm hungry", no THINKING! You will come out a better person after that session is over, I promise!

Elements does have a Massage Wellness Program that I think is really worth joining. There really is no obligation, and the price is great!

How the Elements Wellness Program works:

  • Month-to-month program, no long-term contract or commitment

  • Associate Member (immediate family member or significant other) may use member's program sessions

  • Payment made via auto-debit once per month

  • May drop out of program at anytime with 30 day notice

Take advantage of the great $49 intro rate that they are offering right now to try it out! Relax, and enjoy!
