Put all this snow to good use!!!
SNOW ICE CREAM!
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk (you can use any kind of milk)
- a pinch of salt
- 1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 cups of fresh snow
Whisk the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until combined.
Put the bowl in the freezer, put on your gloves, and go outside to collect your snow. You need 8 cups of snow (make sure it isn't yellow! ha!)
Now, stir the snow into the milk mixture, and keep adding until an thicker consistency is achieved. It should be fluffy, and someowhat ice cream like, but not runny.
Get your sprinkles and serve right away because it melts fast!
