It's officially pool season and 'tis the season for swim lessons!
Here's a scary fact: According to the CDC- Children ages 1 to 4 have the highest drowning rates. In 2014, among children 1 to 4 years old who died from an unintentional injury, one-third died from drowning. Among children ages 1 to 4, most drownings occur in home swimming pools. But, the good news is that taking part in in formal swimming lessons reduces the risk of drowning among children aged 1 to 4 years...by 88%!
North Jersey Aquatics is an amazing swim school in our local area offering pool locations in Denville, Parsippany, Clinton, Lebanon, Long Valley, Allamuchy, Morristown and Randolph.
