It’s #NationalPancakeDay on 2/16, so I thought I’d share our favorite recipe with you! We make these a few days a week, and I always make an extra batch to freeze. They come perfect every time!
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
We like to add berries, bananas or chocolate chips!
Mix the dry ingredients & then add the wet, pour out about 1/4 cup on to a buttered pan or griddle, cook until bubbles start to form, and then flip!
Freezing- I wrap these individually in Press & Seal wrap and then put them in a freezer ziplock bag to freeze. Super easy for older kids to take out and heat up on their own!
