The dog days of summer are upon us as we creep into July. Although many of us parents are READY for school to start again already, the fact is, there are still many days we need to entertain the kiddos and I can't think of a better spot than the splash pad at Turkey Brook Park in Mt. Olive. Affectionately dubbed "Pirates Cove", the splash pad was a welcome addition to the already very cool "Mount Playmore" playground within the park.
This all-abilities sprayground is open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pirate's Cove will close for inclement weather, and for certain special events held within the park.
