Description
Tyke Time encourages interaction with the natural world and introduces children to farm life with a story and an outside activity. Our Education Manager, Farmer Kim, joined by a high school intern, will lead each class. Tyke Time focuses on a different topic each session, from Ladybugs to Seeds allowing children to discover and explore at The Urban Farm and interact with other children.
Tyke Time classes are hosted from 10 am to 11 am on Saturdays, June through October 2024
Who
Neither Tyke Time for ages 2-5 years nor Farm Friends for ages 6-9 years are drop-off classes. Children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver who will participate in the program.

Please fill out a waiver in advance of your attending the class. One waiver per child will cover you for the entirety of the program.
We will hold class in rain or shine, and if we have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will get a text /email. Refunds for cancellations made by Grow It Green will be made at the end of the Tyke Time season.
If your plans change or for the many reasons that come up with young kids you don't make it, we will consider this a donation.
