- For added flavor add a dip of hummus or ranch dressing
- Packed with vitamins and fiber, crunchy vegetables also work to clean teeth as you chew
Crunchy Snacks
- Try air-popped popcorn, nuts or whole grain crackers for crunch
- Crackers can be paired with cheese to add calcium and protein
- Nuts are a great source of protein to fuel your child through any afterschool activity
